"I had to reach out to support..."
I had to reach out to support about my order, and they did eventually get back to me, just not as quickly as I was hoping. I was a bit rushed at the time, so waiting around made it feel more frustrating than it probably needed to be. Once they replied, they were nice enough and got everything sorted out. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just average, and faster responses would’ve made a big difference.

Trying to place my order was frustrating. The site felt confusing and kind of "clunky" on my phone, and checkout took way longer than it should have. I also wasn’t even sure if my order actually went through. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience, and I probably won’t use it again.

"Fit better than I expected"
I was expecting to have to mess with the sizing a bit more, but it actually fit well overall. The scale only needed a couple of tiny tweaks, so I was happy with how close it was right from the start

"I bought a file from do3d and..."
I bought a file from do3d and the download was ready pretty much right after I paid. Like, right away right away, no waiting around and no need to message anyone for access.

The whole thing was simple. The link opened fine, the folder had everything in it, and I could just get started without having to figure anything out.

I’ve had annoying issues with other sites before, so this was a nice easy order. Easy checkout, easy download, and I’d definitely use them again.

I was hoping do3d would have a lot more variety, but a lot of it feels like the same kinds of models over and over. There are definitely some cool items on there, just not enough options for what I was looking for. The site itself is okay, but it kind of works when it wants to sometimes, which gets annoying when you’re trying to browse around. Overall, it’s fine, but the selection could be way better

The models are really nice and they printed well for me!! No big complaints there... but the prices do feel a little high for what you actually get. I ended up waiting for a sale, and I’m glad I did!!! If they were cheaper, I’d probably buy more often, but at full price I’m not totally sure...

"Honestly, the details are really well done"
I have to admit, they kind of nailed the model details here. Everything looks sharp, and the sizing felt accurate too, so I can’t really complain even if I was half-expecting something to be off.

I was happy with these files overall. Most of the parts printed cleanly, and the details looked really nice once everything was done. I did have to tweak one small spot before slicing, but it wasn’t a big deal. For the price, the quality feels solid, and seeing the finished print come together made me really happy.

The files were easy to print, and the instructions actually made sense, which I appreciated. I had one quick question and support got back to me fast, so... yeah, overall a smooth experience.

"Odd part splits made it harder to put together"
The parts were separated in some strange spots, so putting everything together took a lot longer than I expected. Because the fit wasn’t obvious in a few places, I had to do extra sanding and a bit of guessing to get it lined up right
